Thank you so much for coming to our pool rescue on a number of occasions.
It all started when I shut the hard pool cover without realising I’d left the swimming wave machine on meaning the water flowed over the top of the cover resulting in the pool cover mechanism breaking. Our normal pool service company were unable to help as they had never seen this and could not reset the closure mechanism. So after calling you, your team turned up in an instant and resolved the issue. Then a month or so later someone borrowing the pool thought they were being helpful and turned the closure mechanism on and then stopped it, started again and somehow that messed it up again. I tried to get it to work but in spite of the instructions manual, the cover just would not shut fully. You came to the rescue yet again which was much appreciated.
Then it was the turn of the Fluvo water jet system which broke. To be fair it had not been serviced in about 15 years and the air bellows (which activate the on/off button) had failed. Yet you came and worked out the problem at which point I decided to upgrade the system to a more powerful swim jet and again you came to resolve the issue. When discussing pricing I said it would be cheaper buying off the internet. Thank God I did not do that as that would have been a disaster as any attempt to fit the new pump would not have worked, particularly as all the instructions were in German! After your first installation visit it turned out the pump they supplied was faulty and if I had bought that on the internet, I would be stuck up a creek without a paddle! With your contacts you were able to order a replacement pump and after your return visit today, everything is now working. The sad bit is that you incurred extra labour costs which you can’t recoup, but as promised you have not passed these on to me which is much appreciated and thus warrants a very big thank you.

“When our pool cover went faulty over Christmas, we were initially recommended another company by the cover manufacturer. After a 3 week wait, numerous unanswered telephone calls with no response to voice messages and either very slow or no response to emails we decided to look for an alternative company. We found PCS online and read the reviews on their website and decided to give them a try. When we called Gary he answered immediately and we discussed the issue and he said he would send us over a quote for attendance to diagnose the fault. We could tell that Gary had the knowledge and experience of the cover that we had installed. The cover manufacturer then recommended that we use PCS as an alternative to the company that they had initially recommended. Within half an hour of the conversation with Gary we had received the quote and we agreed a visit date. Unfortunately the seals on the cover motor had failed and we required a new motor. All of the pros and cons were discussed with Gary and Luke and utilising their wealth of knowledge and experience we decided to replace the 3 year old cover with a new cover from a different manufacturer rather than repairing a cover that quite clearly had underlying issues. The dates were agreed and the cover was installed on those dates. On all the visits that Gary and Luke made they where found to be polite, professional, efficient and always left the pool area spotlessly clean and tidy. At all times during the process if we called or emailed Gary he answered immediately and always had an answer to any question we had. We now have a new working cover and we were very pleased with PCS’s work throughout and would not hesitate in recommending them. Honestly if you use another company you will probably regret it.”
